Love the property and its amenities! If ever an issue just stop in and speak with staff ESPECIALLY George or Kari. THEY'RE THE BEST! Always pleasant, patient, and looking forward to helping each and every resident to the best of their abilities.

Management is great at getting repairs taken care of and communicationg. As well, by name, Craig and Andrew are two great repair guys who are very professional and willing to do the little extras to keep tenants happy. Everyone is to be commnded here.

I'm moving from Florida, and I was very nervous about moving, I spoke with Sierra Picchione and she was very open and helpful, she made everything very easy for me, I really appreciate it, I can't wait to move! !

I’ve lived here now for 1.5 years, and have recently decided to renew again. Apartment living is what it is, but the friendliness of the staff, as well as the administrative transparency in regards to the pandemic have been steady, reliable, and helpful. The amenities are well maintained with new and exciting resident enrichment such as the food trucks, and holiday themed crafts. Whatever maintenance issues have occurred (few and far between) have been taken care of as quickly as possible. I enjoy calling this place home.

Hi I have lived at Saratoga Ridge for about 2 months now and I am so happy here! The actual unit is spacious and very modern from the flooring to the countertops. I love the walk in closet in the bedroom!! The staff is nice and accommodating and my maintenance requests have been addressed in a timely manner. I would recommend this place to everyone who is looking for a nice place to live without the outrageous prices. I plan to be here for a very long time time!!!

I just moved here with my fiancé from Oregon and it was the best decision to choose this apartment complex. Especially during the hard time with Covid-19. Everything has been taken care of and handled and they are constantly doing giveaways and such for their residents. Love it.

I moved to Saratoga Ridge in AUGUST 2017. I chose the 2 bedroom because my sister wanted to come out to visit. That was 2 years ago. I set the second bedroom up as an office and with this virus I'm glad I did since I can work from home. I have not had any issues with any noisy neighbors outside of the normal footsteps. No loud music. That's been MY experience. I look forward to signing a new lease when it is time.

I think this is a wonderful complex! They care about people and do their best to accommodate every situation. Their maintenance staff is awesome! No bugs! I am a single grandma who is raising grandchildren and they have worked with me every year. I rented the apartment I'm in in 2015! When someone close to me passed away they cried with me. You could just see their compassion. This is the best complex I've ever lived in. They have events here for residents and children to get to know their people. I just want them to know that their effort hasn't gone unnoticed. The grounds are picked up and clean. They are both professional and caring at the same time. This is a large apartment complex and it takes special people to help everyone as the office staff at Saratoga Ridge is. They are often busy but if you leave a message they will get right back to you. I love living here and hopefully Will be here as long as I can. The integrity that they show to all just can't be matched anywhere. I just want them to know that in my book they're wonderful!! Thanks and God bless you all!

I love my apartment and I love the location! The size and layout of the apartment is absolutely perfect. I love having my own parking space and I love all the pools. Having a nice fitness center and marketplace in the complex is super convenient. The maintenance staff responds quickly, and the office staff is so nice and accommodating. Kari is great and will help you with every step of the move-in process and what you may need afterward! I feel safe here and recommend Saratoga Ridge to anyone who asks!

amazing location

I was a little apprehensive about moving to AZ. I wanted a place that was my home but felt like being at a resort, so I can enjoy being out doors. Saratoga Ridge Apts fulfilled my every expectations and more!! You made living in AZ a wonderful experience, and I am so grateful. It looks like I maybe relocating back to AZ this year, sometime between May - Sept 2019 and I would love to find my home with you again. I will be contacting you soon or you can call me. I just love living here, the commute to work is very easy and the entire community is beautiful!! The property manager is fantastic as are the leasing staff, they really try to get you the best deal with what is on the market nowadays, Carol and Diana do such a great job and have superb customer service!! My new apartment is perfect nothing wrong! No bugs nothing, I'm so happy!! Thank you Saratoga Ridge for the best service!

How can I start this off: -The ladies in the leasing office are phenomenal! They made moving in the easiest transition I've made. The property manager is quite nice and the leasing agents are very knowledgeable and helpful with any need. -The Maintenance staff is incredibly hard working and with over 800 units they work very hard in getting to the work orders as soon as possible. -The apartment was great when I moved in, it was very clean and well taken care of, everything worked and looked great!! -The grounds are well taken care of and the fireplace at the pool is one of my favorite amenities.

Still the best bang for the buck!

I would like to bring your attention to the great job your maintenance worker Sean has done with the Market pool. It has not been this well maintained in the last two years. Sean has also gone above and beyond in sprucing up the surrounding areas, as well as making sure the garbage cans are empty daily. I saw him scraping up gum from the cool decking one day. He is very contentious and takes pride in the work he does. He is an asset to your maintenance staff.

After having issues with APS Connie went out of her way to get everything resolved for me!!! Great Staff!

Having a problem processing payment and Heidi helped with a 2 second phone call and was absolutely delightful
